By accessing or using SpotySaver (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, please do not use the Service.

SpotySaver is a free online tool that converts publicly shared Spotify links into downloadable audio files (MP3, FLAC, WAV) for personal use.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EEA) to use this Service. By using SpotySaver, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use SpotySaver only for content you have the right to download. You may not:

  • Download content you do not own or have explicit permission to download.
  • Use the Service to infringe any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to abuse the Service.
  • Resell or commercially exploit files downloaded through the Service.

SpotySaver is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Spotify AB. All Spotify trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the property of Spotify AB. We do not host any copyrighted content on our servers.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its design, code, branding, and content (excluding Spotify trademarks and third-party audio) are owned by SpotySaver and protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpotySaver shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SpotySaver harmless from any claims arising out of your use of the Service, including copyright infringement claims.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
