DMCA Notice & Takedown

SpotySaver respects intellectual property rights. We do not host any audio files on our servers. The Service acts as a converter that fetches metadata from public Spotify endpoints and proxies audio from third-party CDNs.

How to file a notice

If you believe that material accessible on or through SpotySaver infringes your copyright, you may request removal by submitting a written notification under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Your notice must include:

1. An electronic or physical signature of the rights holder or authorized agent.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
3. Identification of the infringing material with enough detail (Spotify URL) so we can locate it.
4. Your contact information (address, telephone, email).
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized.
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the rights holder or authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.

Counter-notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with the same six elements above, plus a consent to the jurisdiction of a federal court in your area.

Repeat infringers

SpotySaver reserves the right to block access to users who repeatedly submit URLs to infringing content.
